Leasing Trends: Vacancy expectations, negotiating positions and what tenants want

Vacancy is expected to decline in the three major cities with Brisbane most likely getting the most significant decline. Landlords and tenants share this anticipation despite the fact that landlords are becoming firmer with their negotiation positions. On the tenants end, they seem to hold financial and locational considerations, building attributes and facilities (food, beverage and co-working) as the top leasing attributes.
