Dwelling values have declined in most capital cities as of January 2018
Dwelling values have fallen in 6 capital cities of Australia in January with Sydney leading the decline at -0.9%. Other cities with falling values were Melbourne (-0.2%), Adelaide (-0.2%), Perth (-0.4%), Darwin (-0.2%) and Canberra (-o.1%). The national combined dwellings index recorded was a mild -0.3%.
